Shipping

At the present time, we ship only within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Post and our rates are based on the value of your order. Free Canada Post shipping on orders over $300.00. If courier delivery is required, additional charges will apply.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, return it within ten (10) days of receipt with the packaging materials provided by PRECIOUS BLOOM via Canada Post; we will credit your account with the amount of the purchase less our "shipping charges".

Protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information is fundamental to the way we do business. We strive to provide you with the best customer service. To us, that includes treating you fairly and with respect.

Limitation of Liability

PRECIOUS BLOOM assumes no liability with respect to the use of our products. For health reasons, all fabric is pre-washed in an unscented detergent and no fabric softener. In addition, NO fire retardency agents have been added to our products at any stage of the manufacturing process.
